The playtesting I did for this school project is over! So I went ahead and incorporated the feedback I got.
Mainly I improved the kids’ AI. The pathfinding they are using wasn’t valuing the candy enough, so that is now boosted. Hopefully it’s now easier to get the kids to go where you want them to :)
Also the player’s body is now treated specially instead of being just another point of interest on the map. This should prevent the kids from wandering around their dead friend without noticing.
I don’t really this project is worth expanding on. It was fun while it lasted! If you decide to play it, definitely leave me a comment. If you find a serious bug, tell me and I’ll go in and fix it :)
